Semi-aniline leather is a successful compromise that combines a high degree of naturalness with comfort and durability. Semi-aniline leather is surface treated with a water based mixture of dye finish with a small amount of pigment. This treatment produces leather that is soft and supple, yet more resistant to heavy wear in public environments. Semi-aniline leather is easy to clean. The natural markings on the original hide are still visible, but are less pronounced than with natural aniline leather.

Z65:
This semi-aniline leather is chrome tanned and dyed in a drum. It is then embossed and provided with a thin layer of pigmentation. This leather provides a pleasant, warm hand due to its thickness of 1.1 – 1.3mm.
Z76:
This semi-aniline leather is chrome tanned and dyed in a drum. The grain is highlighted. Due to its thickness of 1.3 – 1.5 mm, this leather maintains a distinctive grain pattern.
Z77:
This semi-aniline leather is chrome tanned and supplied with a thin layer of pigmentation. It is also very soft and available in many colors. Natural characteristics such as fat lines, scars, and color variations are clearly visible and represent the quality and genuineness of the leather.
Z79:
This semi-aniline leather is chrome tanned, dyed in a drum, and supplied with a thin layer of pigmentation. An additional process impregnates natural fatty oils into the leather, which allows it to maintain a soft, aniline-like hand. This leather also achieves a natural grain pattern and has a thickness of 1.4 – 1.6 mm. Natural characteristics such as fat lines, scars, and color variations are clearly visible and represent the quality and genuineness of the leather.
